OUR SHIPPING POLICY

 

You will be notified by email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We cannot however guarantee transit time and recommend that you follow up with the carrier should there be any concern with delivery. Note too, we cannot guarantee specific delivery day and time even for expedited shipping. While we process orders within 48 hours, note that orders made during the weekends and holidays are not processed for 48hrs counting from the next business day.

Ground shipping within the US is free of charge. Additional charges apply for the following expedited shipping options:
2-day shipping : $14
Overnight shipping: $30

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the original order date, we will adjust the price of the item.

RETURNS

 

We trust that you will be fully satisfied with our product. If you are not, you may *return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price. We gladly accept returns by mail. We recommend that you send your package insured with tracking, as we cannot assume responsibility for compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. For all returns please send to the below:

  • We will gladly refund or exchange products purchased via online store that are returned within 7 business days of your shipment delivery date. Business day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday. Products must be in the original state; unwashed, unworn and ticketed and must be accompanied by the Original Packing slip invoice for the price paid.

  • Jewelry, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, custom- made products are "final sale" with no possibility of refund or exchange unless the merchandise was found to be defective. Leggings in original packaging are refundable and must meet original condition state noted above.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

  • You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund. • If you would like to make an online exchange, please return the original item for a refund, log into your account and place a new order for the preferred item.

*We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Madame Adassa's sole discretion.

 

SPECIAL NOTE ON CUSTOM ORDERS

A non-refundable deposit totaling no less than 50% of the cost of the merchandise is required before work will begin. A fitting will be scheduled based on mutual agreement. The final 50% of the cost of the merchandise is due at the fitting. Please note there are no refunds on custom-made designs. Note too, there is a shipping fee for all merchandise. Package once shipped will be fully tracked and a signature will be required for delivery.

PRE-ORDER:

 

  • A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

  • When you preorder a product, you are initially charged a 50% deposit of the total price of the item(s) at checkout.

  • The remaining balance and any taxes, will be processed once the item ships.

  • Should your item be cancelled, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes. We are able to ship to most international locations. 

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Products may take up to 2-3 weeks after order and payment are received. Please note that orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 

What is your return policy?

 

Please see return policy outlined above. Note that returns are not accepted on any custom-made orders. All other products may be returned to address listed on invoice and must have original tags attached and must not show any signs of use. 

How do I track my order?

 

Once product is mailed. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can easily trace throughout the shipping process.
