SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

INTRODUCTION

 We aim to process and ship your orders within a timeframe of 5-7 business days. Please note that orders received after 3 PM (PST) may not be processed until the following business day. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a notification regarding its status. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will provide you with the delivery date and carrier information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. We accept returns by mail and recommend sending packages insured with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.

We accept returns or exchanges for products purchased online within 7 business days of the shipment delivery date. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays. Returned products must be in their original state (unwashed, unworn, and with tags) and accompanied by the original packing slip invoice.

Please note that jewelry, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, and custom-made products are considered "final sale" with no possibility of refund or exchange unless found defective. Leggings in their original packaging are refundable, provided they meet the original condition criteria mentioned above. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, including credit or debit cards. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please keep your shipping note until you receive your refund.

For online exchanges, please return the original item for a refund, log into your account, and place a new order for the desired item.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES:

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
